Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Car perfumes and fragrance products (non-returnable once sold due to hygiene and safety reasons)

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank (there may be additional processing time)

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you are shipping an item over ₹5,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned item
